There are no words to describe how much we love Olivia. Every night when the clock struck 7pm, it was like a calmness came over our whole household. Olivia would walk in, always with a big smile on her face, and completely take over. I could finally relax because I trusted her as much as I trusted my own mother. Not only did I feel utterly confident that Henry was receiving the best possible care, but I was able to get precious hours of sleep, which is so crucial in the first few months. We originally booked her for 2 months and then begged her to stay for 3. When we hired her, we expected our baby would get top of the line care. What we didn't expect was that we would form a bond with her that has lasted for the course of our first born's life. We were lucky enough to have her help for our second boy as well. She is now a part of our family.

Olivia has been our baby nurse for all three of our boys. She has stayed with us anywhere from four months to six months and has truly become a member of our family. Since the very first encounter we had with Olivia, she has been a true professional and very passionate about her career. Most importantly, she just loves her babies. What sets Olivia apart is the love she has and shows for all of our children. She is patient, kind, and respected our family’s needs. Our second baby was a preemie and she was always a reassuring voice when we felt vulnerable and overwhelmed. I would highly recommend Olivia to anyone who is looking for a loving, dependable, and experienced baby nurse.

Olivia was invaluable to us as new parents; we couldn’t have asked for a kinder, gentler introduction to caring for an infant. She taught us so many good lessons that we continued to rely on long after her time with us was over: how to keep a sleeping/feeding log, nursing tips, the easiest ways to bathe a newborn and the best methods for creating an effective swaddle :). Olivia not only took wonderful care of our newborn, she took wonderful care of us - making sure we felt rested and confident. She’s an expert, and a lovely person; we can’t recommend her services highly enough.

As a physician I work with a lot of nurses, and I knew I'd have high expectations when hiring a baby nurse. I was also very nervous about inviting a stranger into our home to help us with the most vulnerable time of my life: caring for a newborn as a first time mom. Olivia so far exceeded what I ever could have imagined. From the moment we got back from the hospital, Olivia just took care of everything. She taught us how to bath, feed, change, and swaddle. She taught me how to pump and store breastmilk, and how to clean and sanitize baby bottles and equipment. One of the most impressive things about Olivia is how proactive she is - she figures out what you need and want before you do and just executes it. And most importantly, Olivia absolutely loves babies and was so amazing with our daughter - smiling, singing and talking to her all the time. The only reason I was able to sleep is because I knew Olivia would take the absolute best care of our baby during the night, and then I would be well rested during the daytime to get the most out of my maternity leave and that precious time with my baby. It's amazing to me how quickly I was able to completely trust Olivia. She became a fast friend to my husband and me, and we never wanted to let her go. We asked her to stay with us for as long as possible until she had a commitment to another family.

Olivia is a dream! Olivia helped me after I had just given birth to our third baby and she made everything so easy for me. I wish I had known her when I had my first two children. My newborn was so well taken care of. She gave him a relaxing bath followed by massage every night. My older kids adored her too. They would come and see her every morning. My dad said that she is the warmest person he has ever met. I completely agree! Any family would be lucky to have Olivia care for their newborn.

Olivia was the light we needed when we took our son home from the hospital. Anyone that has experienced the first few months of having a newborn knows how chaotic and stressful it can be. With our first child, we decided not to have help. When our second child was due, we decided to hire Olivia who came strongly recommended from friends of ours. Olivia is a warm, loving, caring, and enthusiastic person who we trusted with our newborn baby. We cried when she left and felt like she was part of our family. There are some people who are good at what they do, and others who are exceptional. Olivia falls into the latter category. My husband and I are both physicians, but as a first time mother, we were totally unprepared for life with a newborn. Olivia made this transition as smooth as possible - she was there from the first day we brought our daughter home, and has basically taught us everything there is to know about taking care of a newborn. Things that no amount of reading, watching videos, or taking classes can teach. Olivia is always calm (a must when working with newborns), exceedingly patient (how many times did it take me to learn to swaddle properly???), and a complete pleasure to be around. In the few months she was with us, she became a part of our family. Olivia really is the best of the best - I can’t count the number of times my husband and I have said how fortunate we are to have had Olivia!

Olivia "Angel Olivia" was truly a godsend when we had our daughter Victoria. She is so gentle, loving, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease while we adjusted to being new parents. Having a baby is such an amazing but life changing (and exhausting!) experience. Olivia managed to keep everyone calm and rested throughout the process; it was so assuring having an expert in the house to guide us as we navigated being new parents. I knew with a five year old at home when our twins were born that I would want nighttime help, and Olivia was a godsend for me, for my babies, and for my entire family. She became such an essential part of the harmony of our family unit and we feel fortunate that we were able to extend her work with us for six months! She arrived cheerfully and calmly every evening at 7pm and encouraged me to get the rest I needed, never being overbearing or bossy. Even though my babies were days old when she started, she right away developed a special, loving rapport with them and helped me to know them better. From day 1, she helped to get them into a schedule and nighttime routine. When I heard she was starting her own agency, I couldn't think of a better person for this, so that more tired mommas and their babies will get to experience such a great start in parenthood and life!

Caring. Patient. Expert. Trustworthy. These are the first things that come to mind when I think about Olivia. Olivia has cared for our two children, the first for 3.5 months and the second for 4 months. She brought an incredible sense of calm that our babies sensed and put us all at ease. With our first, we didn’t know what we were doing - she took control and taught us so much. From teaching our babies the difference between day and night to showing us bathing techniques, Olivia has done it all. That said, Olivia doesn’t just tell us how it is. She sees us as a team - we work together and communicate to ensure we’re always on the same page! Olivia has also been a great support when I needed her - helping me with pumping and dealing with milk duct clogs. I fondly remember occasions where i just needed to get a cry out and she was there to meet me with a hug. All this being said, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Olivia was a wonder for our family. She came into our lives when we welcomed our second son into our family. We were anxious about the change to our family dynamic, and she helped us to find a cadence that was led with warmth, stability, and love. Olivia brought a sense of peace and understanding in a way that was not judgmental, but supportive. She offered advice when we asked, whether it was about breast feeding, colic, or gas, and helped us to set up a schedule and structure around sleeping and feeding that allowed us to be better parents to our three year old the following day. She was always timely and was consistently dependable at all hours. We slept better every night Olivia was there – not only because she took the lead with our newborn, but because we trusted that the baby was in the safe and caring hands of a baby expert. Olivia also took the time to get to know our three year old so that he felt special, and would engage him in play before bedtime. Olivia became a part of our family at the end of her tenure and we cannot wait to see her again when we welcome our third child into our family. We would highly recommend Olivia and her team to anyone considering newborn care services. Olivia is truly one-of-a-kind and is absolutely a joy to work with.

Olivia is the baby whisperer. She knew exactly how to calm my premature twins. She had a gentle touch and a warm caring nature. I felt like she was not only looking out for the babies, but for me as well. I highly recommend Olivia to care for your newborns!! She was incredible!

Olivia was an absolute lifesaver. She came into our home 2 weeks after the birth of our baby boy and stayed until he was 12 weeks old. Olivia made us feel comfortable right from the beginning, seamlessly integrating into our daily life. She arrived early each night, giving my husband and I a much needed break from our new full time job! You could tell that Olivia truly loved her job. She was always smiling and excited to see my baby. She played, sang and danced with him every night. My baby absolutely loved her, his face lighting up every time he saw her. Olivia also helped teach us very important skills, including bathing, napping and feeding. She kept an immaculate chart with records of every feeding time and bathroom time. She recommended helpful products to purchase for our baby that she had used with success in the past. Also, while my baby was sleeping, she cleaned all his bottles and clothing (SO helpful!!) My husband and I can't recommend Olivia enough. She allowed us to have date nights and time together without feeling guilty or worrying about the safety of our newborn baby. I am so happy to hear that Olivia is starting her own baby nurse company, as I wouldn't trust anyone else more with my child! Yet I'm also a bit sad because I want Olivia all to myself for my next baby!!
